Service Agreement

Service Schedule: Services are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your agreement. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Payment Terms

- Payment Schedule: Payments are due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per week.
Cancellation Policy

- In case of termination, payment is required for services rendered up to the termination date.
- Prepaid services for the period beyond termination will be refunded.
Client Responsibilities
Access: Clients must provide access to the garden during scheduled service times.
- Obstructions must be removed to allow free access to all areas requiring maintenance.
- Clients are responsible for the security of their property and any valuables.
Liability

- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in the garden.
